NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR ROBYNS
GLEN SUBDIVISION
AMP, Inc. has decided to pursue other opportunities
and therefore is no longer able to manage our homeowners
association. We have chosen a new management company
to take over as of June 1, 2008.
We would like to thank Nancy Whicker, (former Property
Manager) for all her hard work over the past years.
Under her management we had 100% payment in dues
for the last 3 years, as well as maintaining a harmony
among the homeowners. She will be truly missed.
We wish her the best in her new endeavors
The new Management Company information is as follows:
Henderson Properties
Property Manager: Matt Pryor
Phone Number: 704-535-1122
Address:
919 Norland Road
Charlotte, NC 28205
Their E-Mail address is adminnet@hendersonproperties.com

Recent
Residential Burglaries
Charlotte-Mecklenburg
Police's University City Division Response Area
One Community Coordinator Jeff Miller, reports that
the rash of residential break-ins continue to plague
our area.
Statistics/reports
indicate that this is happening more in the late
Morning and early Afternoon. Reports indicate that
MANY people in this subdivision are IGNORING news
reports from across the region regarding leaving
garage doors open, even when they are home or working
in the back yard. You will also want to heed news
reports regarding thieves snatching garage remotes
and registrations from cars and helping themselves
to what is in homes while people are out shopping.
HIDE YOUR GARAGE REMOTE AND YOUR REGISTRATION.
Your
registration has your name and address on it, and
all someone has to do is head directly to your house
while you are at Wal-Mart and they have access to
everything you own while you are out. Whether it
is under the seat, in the console or glove box,
it is better than in the open.
If
you see people/vehicles driving around the neighborhood,
acting suspicious, or in a location where you KNOW
they do not belong (ie;crawling in/out of a neighbor's
window etc..) call the police. DO NOT CONFRONT THEM
YOURSELF!!
Providing
accurate and detailed information, such as the time
the incident happened, year/make & model of
a vehicle, height, hair, complexion, color of persons
you saw, a license plate number or any other detail
information, will be more helpful than putting yourself
or your neighbors in danger.
